The administration of the ChNPP portal considered the initiative group of residents: kv.4, 15and, 87 with a proposal to create headings that will objectively display information about the state of management of the house, and provision of utilities for apartments that have common communication systems -
- heat supply (further - PTE)
- hot water supply (further - PGV)
- centralized water supply, centralized drainage (CVV)
- exhaust ventilation ducts - (further - KVV)
After examining the information provided by the initiative group on the state of management of the house, and the state of the quality of utility delivery, including the number of publications in Viber 40b , ChNPP administration agrees to open 4k40b sections on the Internet resource – starting with the first pipelines serving the apartment 4, 15, 26, 37, 48, 59, 70, 82, 83 and considers it expedient to create a temporary Viber 4k40b group to inform the group about the posted publications, incl.. in order to acquire skills of team members to use and post information on the Internet resource for proper management of the house.
This information for all risers 1k-4k, 4ka, 5k-11k to which the apartments of the house 40b are connected, hereinafter referred to as groups of consumers 1k-4k, 4ka, 5k-11k housing and communal services established Article 5 ZU CCP, to which after the letter number “To” riser, the number of apartments connected to the riser is added from the first to 9 floors. Example – 4k4 (riser 4 kv.4)
Also, when creating headings on the Internet resource, the group 1k40b, replaced by 4k40b, incl.. in Viber, the name of the temporary group, this was done in order to comply with the numbering of apartments by floors and their communications for the supply of utilities in accordance with the project documentation for building 40b.
